UW students honored

Students from the Newcastle area have been named to the dean’s list at the University of Washington for the winter quarter. To qualify for the dean’s list, a student must have completed at least 12 graded credits and have a grade point average of at least 3.5 (out of 4).
Students on the dean’s list include seniors Tiffany A. Chau, Virgil O. Hodge, Mary B. Lebeau, Brandon M. Nudelman, Rebecca F. Queitzsch, Tyler S. Watson and Leslie A. West; juniors Garnik Y. Akopyan, Dylane J. Madison, Jessica In Young Kim, Natalie M. Nichols, Dragos A. Puscalau, James Q. Wang and Hilary E. Watson; and sophomores Simerjot Singh and Shayna R. Waldbaum.
Those honored also included freshmen Lauren M. Mortier and Julian J. Li.
