Local hypnotherapist Jackie Foskett will share the secrets to ending a smoking habit in a free seminar Nov. 9.
Foskett, a registered dental hygienist and a certified hypnotherapist, will discuss how hypnosis can help smokers quit that habit.
“A lot of people that come to me say it’s difficult to smoke nowadays because it’s so socially unacceptable,” Foskett said.
The free seminar begins at 3:30 p.m. at the Newcastle Library, 12901 Newcastle Way.
