Chamber hosts Halloween picture contest

The Newcastle Chamber of Commerce is looking for Newcastle’s best Halloween photos.
Upload pictures to the Chamber’s Facebook page, and the photo with most likes will receive a special prize.
The winner will receive his or her choice of a $50 gift certificate to either Sweet Decadence or B & E Meats and Seafood.
The contest ends at midnight Oct. 31, and is open to the entire community, not just Chamber members.
