Waste, recycling survey to get to residents in early February

After receiving several complaints in the past few months about Waste Management, city officials are mailing a survey to residents to evaluate whether services need to be updated.
The city is legally bound to contract with Waste Management for the next seven years, but city officials are looking into revising the existing relationship, said Doug Alder, city spokesman. Read more
