According to this map, my street doesn’t get plowed, does that mean I have to pay less taxes?

According to this map, my rather steep street doesn’t get plowed. This is discrimination, since I’m paying the same in taxes as anyone else. I think it is time that we say sayonara to this amateurishly managed city and join Bellevue.

I would think that Newcastle sets itself up for a monumental lawsuit if snow removal is inadequate for emergency vehicles to respond quickly. Snow was not removed from the steepest roads, for example. It is obvious that Newcastle is compromising the safety of its residents. The City is mismanaged and it is time to join Bellevue.
