Message: I have been looking for Richard Herzog since 1980. I was Richards Squad leader in Wiesbaden Germany from 1976 – 1979. I just found out he was a deputy sheriff and was killed. He spent a lot of time at our house and even baby sat for our children. I have many memories and maybe pictures I would love to share. My family is devastated. He was a fantastic Man. We loved him.
