		<description><![CDATA[It&#039;s always good to see a community organization moving forward.  I would say though, that in the interest of full disclosure, it should also be pointed out that Ms. Dulcich is married to a City Council member giving her lobbying access not enjoyed by others. Hopefully, whenever Chamber proposals are put to the Council asking for specific actions Mr. Dulcich will recuse himself from those votes.]]></description>
