And to decide if you want the same old ideas (espoused by Mr. Bisset) or the idea of someone with fresh ideas and a new perspective. Newcastle faces some serious challenges. Most of which could have been addressed back when Mr. Bisset was on the Council before and weren’t. The idea that looking backwards is the way for us to overcome the upcoming issues makes no sense to me. Mr. Bisset is a nice guy but not a strong leader. That was shown by his previous stint on the Council. I urge everyone to closely examine this race and vote to give new voices a chance to be heard.
