		<description><![CDATA[Trail development needs to stop. to build more and more parks and trails takes away from the nature and propelling aesthetic  features Newcastle prides itself in. Trails are meant to be followed not built. making new routes to get around older steeper grades is ridiculous. the rustic sense of trails was the nature of this city. To make all the woods handicap accessible ruins the vibe and you might as well just bulldoze all the woods and put in concrete paths]]></description>
