Enforce the “off the leash” dog fines and use the monies to provide a park and the maintance of it.

I am a dog owner too! Too bad only 25 people got a chance to vote on the use of my tax monies!

BTW, I am still waiting ( has it been 4 or 5 or ? years for a library!
