Newcastle police seek owner of stolen boat motor

The Newcastle Police Department is looking for the owner of a boat motor stolen in June 2012.
The item was recovered when a police department in a different jurisdiction arrested an individual for theft. Among the items in his possession was a boat motor he said he stole in Newcastle in June 2012.
If you had a boat motor stolen around that time, contact the Newcastle Police Department. The best route is to email a description of your motor to police@ci.newcastle.wa.us. You may also call the police department at City Hall, 649-4444.
