Rob Wyman Appointed Interim City Manager
ob Wyman, a former Director of Community Development for the City of Newcastle, was appointed Interim City Manager at a special meeting on January 12, 2010 replacing John Starbard. Wyman worked for the city from 1998-2006 and has since worked as a consultant in community planning and commercial real estate.
