A Liberty High School student was arrested and expelled for selling marijuana to another student in the school’s bathroom Oct. 25.
The student who purchased the marijuana was also expelled.
The transaction was discovered after the school security officer discovered the students walking down a trail behind the school during lunch. They ran from the officer, and one of the students later admitted to buying the drugs.
