		<description><![CDATA[Sounds good to me. His experienced in the city is most important, and the fact that we didn&#039;t set ourselves up the way the last council did with the paid car, massive severance, and high pay as with the last city manager.

As for not having been a city manager? Things seem to be going pretty good. Let&#039;s get real, this is not Bellevue, or Federal Way, or Renton, It&#039;s more like running a department in one of those cities.
